Introducing our all new Transcend park model! A partnership between Lake Boyz RV and Voce developments, a well respected "Holmes approved" builder in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, we are very excited to offer an all season CSA Z241 approved park model to our customers! With over 20 years selling park models from Ontario to BC, Lake Boyz RV has seen it all, and we have put all of this experience into the design and construction of our own product. Built more like a high end home than a conventional park model, these units come with; -R30 floor, R21 wall, and an R40 roof with FULL vapour barrier for a sealed warm interior -built to not only exceed the CSA Z241 code, these units blow away anything we have ever sold in the past! -heavy tube steel frame with quad axles/removeable hitch built locally at a certified welding shop -Fully enclosed engineered truss floors -Luxury tile flooring vs. easily damaged linoleum -5.3mm luan (wood) backed vinyl wrapped panels vs. drywall wrapped or painted panels that crack regularly as the unit settles or is left unheated -optional tongue and groove pine ceiling- the first we've seen in the industry -electrical installed by journeyman electricians, plumbing by journeyman plumbers, actual carpenters building the unit, not production line inexperience with constantly changing staff! -home cabinetry with soft close drawers and doors -interior walls are full 2x4 with insulation to help with sound transfer -engineered truss rafters with R40 insulation covered with a metal roof standard -GE slate appliance package included with large fridge, range, microwave and full size dishwasher -option for Quartz counter tops -option for full LP smart siding- standard is a combination of vinyl and LP smart -full build report supplied with every park model, showing each step in our process signed off to maintain quality control At Lake Boyz RV, we have our own trucks, and deliver our own units, so there are no extra companies to deal with.
