Complete Clutch Kit for John Deere 70, 720 & 730 For sale is a brand new aftermarket Complete T-Bolt Kit & Clutch Kit for John Deere 70, 720 & 730. Part Details: These T-Bolts are 5 9/16" long and have a 9/16" diameter. There are 3 used per tractor. The Clutch Dogs are made from cast steel. They are not a soft metal. Use 3 clutch dogs per tractor. The diameter of the Clutch Dog Pin is 0.793", and a usable length of 2.5". Use 3 per tractor. The clutch adjusting nuts are 9/16" slotted hex nuts, 18 NF, Grade 5 and three are used per tractor. They are made of Zinc. The clutch disc adjusting spring mounts to the outer cast iron adjusting disc. They are 1.915" long and the wires are 0.120" thick. There are 3 used per tractor. The pulley clutch disc are 0.393" thick. One is needed per tractor. The floating clutch facing discs are 10" (OD) x 0.15" (thick) with an inner diameter of 6.75". Two are needed per tractor. The belt pulley brake lining is a non-asbestos lining with countersunk brass rivets. Washers should be torqued initially to 15 FT pounds and adjusted as needed. The washer mounts between slotted adjusting nut and pressure plate. This will help relieve jumpy clutch symptoms. The dimensions are 0.572 (ID) x 0.937 (OD) x 0.035 (thick). Three are needed per tractor. The clutch dog toggle is 1.999" in overall length. When installing the clutch dogs, the end with the hole fits into the clutch dog. Use 3 per tractor. The clutch slider disc is 0.247" thick. Use one per tractor.
