We have a new Case IH 2150 Early Riser 16-row planter on order for the 2027 planting season. This machine is configured for high-speed accuracy, reduced downtime, and precise placement across varying field conditions.
Built on the proven Early Riser row unit, this planter is equipped with bulk fill seed delivery and electric drives, eliminating chains and maximizing control from the cab. Seed is delivered through Precision Planting SpeedTube, maintaining consistent spacing and placement accuracy even at higher planting speeds.
Downforce is managed automatically with DeltaForce hydraulic down pressure, ensuring uniform seed depth across changing soil conditions. Fertilizer is applied through Precision Planting Conceal, placing nutrients directly in the trench while maintaining residue flow and row unit performance.
This planter is set up without markers and features row cleaners with CleanSweep, allowing in-cab adjustment to match residue and soil conditions on the fly. A two-stage closing system with pneumatic in-cab control provides consistent seed-to-soil contact and uniform emergence across the entire planter.
