John Deere Introduces New Compact Sprayers & Material Handling Equipment To Frontier Line
John Deere recently announced the expansion of its Frontier equipment line to include a loader carrier adapter, pallet fork grapples, and tractor-mounted sprayers. All products are available now and can be added to a new tractor order if desired.
The LS20 Sprayer
Ideal for mid- to large-sized properties, the LS20 series sprayer has a boomless option for rough terrain that is available in 24- or 30-foot spray widths and can be fitted with flat spray nozzles. It also comes equipped with a spray wand or gun to reach smaller, out-of-the way areas. The boom-equipped version has five widths available, ranging from 10 to 30 feet. John Deere is offering the LS20 with 45-, 60-, 110-, and 150-gallon tank options.
New Pallet Fork Grapples
The new grapples, built for gripping, not piercing, can be attached to compact or utility tractors. The pallet fork can be used without the grapple, as well. The PG11 works with the Frontier AP10-series or AP11-series pallet forks. The large PG12 fits the Frontier AP12 series.
Five Loader Carrier Adapters
The Frontier line’s new Loader Carrier Adapters come in five models. The SA21E is compatible with the 300R, 400, or 500 series loaders. The SA21G works on skid-steer-style attachments. The SA22D is compatible with 600 and 700 series loaders. The DA21G is a carrier for 500-series attachments that use a hook-and-pin system. The GA21E works with 400 or 500 series loaders, and the GA22D works with 600 or 700 series loaders. Deere says the new carrier adapters are perfect for customers trading for a newer tractor and loader package without changing implements, or who have an older tractor and want to upgrade the implements.
"Loader Carrier Adapters let you keep your current loader implements or help you fit your older tractor with new implements," says Scott Geier, John Deere sales and marketing manager. "These are ideal for property owners or non-commercial ag users who use skid-steer-style attachments and they can be attached or detached in under 50 seconds."
