New Holland Announces Early 2024 Release Date For New Precision Farming IntelliView 12 Guidance Kit

New Holland previewed its new IntelliView 12 Guidance Kit at the recent 2023 Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois. The farm equipment manufacturer says the kit (which is available as an aftermarket installation for New Holland ag equipment) will enable users to improve the performance of their equipment and give them access to/expand their equipment’s existing connectivity and precision ag functionality.

“This launch marks a significant milestone in our journey to offer a complete technology solutions portfolio and make precision farming accessible to all, no matter the age or life cycle of their equipment,” says Rob Smith, New Holland North America precision technology segment lead. “The IntelliView 12 Guidance Kit will empower our customers to optimize their operations, reduce complexities, and embrace a more connected future with the latest New Holland technology available from the factory.”

The kit will launch in October and be available to purchase in early February. New Holland promises a simple upgrade process for those already using an IntelliView IV display. The kit offers the choice between electric and hydraulic steering options and includes a 5-year New Holland MyPLM Connect subscription. MyPLM Connect includes a suite of connected solutions designed to provide the data users need to boost their productivity and efficiency.

The IntelliView 12 Guidance Kit includes precision farming functions ranging from cloud services and implement control to IntelliSteer auto guidance and more. Guidance Kit-equipped machines will have improved dealer support options and a significantly enhanced user experience that can reduce the number of necessary in-cab displays. New Holland says the kit will also provide a unified experience across customers’ operations, even for mixed-fleet operations.
