The new Sandhills Global market report covering December data for used farm equipment on MarketBook.ca and other Sandhills platforms shows that inventory and asking and auction values increased both month to month and year over year, with the used combine category leading the monthly gains.
The Canadian used farm equipment market saw an increase in inventory of 3.5% M/M and 10.16% YOY in December, with the used combine category seeing the largest monthly gains. Asking prices increased 0.51% M/M and were up 8.67% YOY. Auction values also rose 2.85% M/M and 13.06% YOY. Used combines again had the largest increases in both asking and auction values.
