Tiffin Wayfarer Available In New Styles For 2022 With A Variety Of Creative Floor Plans

The Tiffin Wayfarer is a Class C motorhome (the manufacturer’s only Class C RV for 2022) that comes in four floor plans (25 TW, 25 SW, 25 RW, and 25 LW), all built on the Mercedes-Benz 3500XD dual-wheel chassis. The Wayfarer is powered by a six-cylinder turbo-diesel engine rated for 188 horsepower (140 kilowatts) and 325 pounds-foot (441 newton-meters) of torque. The motorhome also benefits from advanced Mercedes-Benz safety features like Active Brake Assist, Active Distance Assist, Traffic Sign Assist, and Active Lane Keeping Assist.

Interior Options

Tiffin designs each floor plan to offer a comfortable layout for life on the road, with key differentiations here and there to suit a variety of tastes and needs. The 25 SW floor plan, for instance, features a slide-out area for a queen-size bed at the rear of the motorhome to separate sleeping and living quarters, while the 25 RW offers a slide-out sofa/queen-size murphy bed combo on the driver’s side (along with a dinette) near the front of the motorhome’s living space. The lavatory and shower on the 25 RW reside at the back of the motorhome. The 25 TW and 25 LW both use the space at the rear for a pair of twin-size beds, while the well-appointed slide-out near the front houses a tri-fold sofa with the option of reclining theater seating.

Options Galore

Additional décor options (now four in total) and exterior paint schemes (six in all) highlight Tiffin’s updates for the Wayfarer in 2022. The Wayfarer’s living area of can be equipped with an overhead entertainment center, and all models have options for electrically controlled theater seats. All models can also be equipped with an exterior TV for outdoor entertaining.
